1. Pricing

Custom engraving and etching services are priced based on the complexity of the design, materials involved, and estimated labor time required to complete the project.

All quotes and time estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of review. Actual completion time and final pricing may vary depending on the material, finish, condition of the item, design complexity, and any requested revisions.

If a project is expected to exceed the approved estimate or quoted maximum price, the customer will be contacted for approval before additional work is performed.

Quoted pricing includes labor and standard materials required to complete the engraving service unless otherwise specified.

By proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the provided estimate and understands that custom work may require adjustments based on project requirements.

2. Payment Ā

A deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Once work has started, the project is considered a custom order.

Projects may require payment in multiple installments as outlined in the customer’s quote or invoice. Any required deposit secures the project and covers design, setup, and initial labor costs.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and must be paid in full before the item is returned, delivered, or shipped.

If additional labor, design revisions, material costs, or project changes result in costs exceeding the original estimate, the customer will be notified and approval will be obtained before additional charges are incurred.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in delays to delivery, shipment, or return of the completed item.

3. Shipping / Dropoff

Customers are responsible for delivering, shipping, or otherwise providing the item(s) to be engraved unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending items to and from the business. Return shipping may be provided through a customer-supplied shipping label or invoiced separately prior to shipment.

While reasonable care will be taken in handling all items, the business is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or mishandling caused by shipping carriers, postal services, or third-party delivery providers.

Customers are encouraged to properly package and insure valuable items before shipment. Any claims related to shipping damage or loss must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

4. Turnaround Time Ā

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and begin once the item has been received, the design has been approved, and any required deposit has been paid.

While every effort will be made to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, completion dates are not guaranteed. Turnaround times may vary due to project complexity, workload, material characteristics, design revisions, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified of any significant delays that may affect the estimated completion date.

All engraving and etching services are custom projects created to the customer’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all sales are considered final once design approval has been provided and work has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design concepts, artwork, text, dimensions, and project details before production begins. After approval, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges if accommodated.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for completed custom work unless an error was made by the business that differs from the approved design.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that custom engraving is a permanent modification to the item and accepts responsibility for the approved design and project specifications.

5. Custom Work Policy Ā

Customers acknowledge that any item submitted for engraving, etching, or modification is provided at their own risk. While every reasonable effort will be made to handle all items with care and professionalism, the business cannot guarantee how every material, coating, finish, or manufacturing process will respond to engraving or modification.

The business is not responsible for:

- Hidden material defects or manufacturing flaws.
- Variations in appearance resulting from material composition, coatings, finishes, or prior repairs.
- Cosmetic differences, discoloration, or surface variations that may occur during the engraving process.
- Loss or voiding of manufacturer warranties resulting from modification of the item.

By submitting an item for service, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with custom engraving and modification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business’s liability for any claim related to engraving services shall be limited to the amount paid for the engraving service itself and shall not include the replacement value of the item, consequential damages, lost profits, or any other indirect damages.

6. Liability and Customer-Supplied Parts Ā

9. Social Media

The business may photograph, record, or share completed projects, work-in-progress content, and finished items for portfolio, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, including use on websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and other business materials.

Customer names, addresses, and personal information will never be shared without explicit permission.

Customers may choose whether to grant or deny permission for their project to be featured. Declining consent will not affect pricing, service, or project priority.

By selecting the appropriate option during the order process, the customer acknowledges and communicates their preference regarding the use of project photographs and related content.

10. Agreement Ā

By submitting an order, paying a deposit, or providing an item for engraving services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions provided by the business.

The customer further acknowledges that custom engraving is a permanent modification and that all approved custom work is subject to the business’s refund, payment, liability, and cancellation policies.
